A new variety of vegan cheese developed at Miykoko’s Creamery, USA
Vegan was a dietary trend in the market for a long time but due to some preparation limitations, the dishes were limited to a certain extent and didn’t leave any room for innovation or expansion. That’s where the Miykoko’s Creamery has hit the bull’s eye. The Creamery has developed a new vegan cheese called Vegan Pizza Mozz.
This news has been received well by the vegans all over the world as now they have a cheese option for eating pizzas as this vegan cheese is completely organic made.
Vegan Pizza Mozz ( Vegan version of Mozzarella cheese )
The innovation by the company has been done while keeping the consumer tastes and demands in mind from all over the vegan community. As mentioned earlier most of the vegan dishes are prepared from completely non-animal sources so the vegans didn’t have any way of tasting the mozzarella cheese in their dishes. However, the new vegan cheese, titled as vegan pizza mozz, is a high-quality vegan variant of the famous mozzarella cheese. The taste is not limited to the vegans but will also appeal to normal consumers as well.
The mozz is completely made of organic sources and has two variants. The first variant of the cheese is made from organic cashew milk while the other variant is made from oat milk and legumes and is an allergen-free version.
Also made for lactose-intolerant people
The new vegan cheese developed by the Creamery is not only aimed at the vegan people but has also been aimed at making other people with dietary problems and lactose intolerance to be able to enjoy the variety of taste that the new cheese has to offer.
The new vegan cheese is being touted as completely allergen-free and hence they are supposed to be fit for consumption by people who suffer from lactose intolerance or any kind of dietary problems that are mainly associated with the consumption of normal cheese. The new kind of vegan cheese eliminates this problem by using completely vegan sources of milk that have been known to be free of the side effects of having lactose in them, which is anticipated as the major growth reason for the market in a report published by Value Market Research.
The Miykoko’s Creamery has planned a tour starting from March this year to promote the new vegan cheese developed by them throughout the country and so they will be handing out free samples of the cheese made by them for tasting by the common people.
