eSports: PUBG Mobile Launches Team Up Event For PMCO Finals

PUBG mobile launches a team up campaign, where it has introduced team up 100. The team will feature 100 top global players from nine regions including MENA, North and South America, Europe, Japan, Korea, India, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. The top nine players will team up from the respective regions at the PMCO (PUBG Mobile Club Open) Spring Split Finals for an exhibition match.

The team event has two phases. The first phase of the event has started on July 5th of this month and will continue till 15th July. Throughout this first phase, all PUBG Mobile players across the globe have to complete weekly missions available in in-game events tab and have to vote for their favorite PUBG Mobile players among the 100 that are selected for the campaign. Voters have to cast their votes in in-game and every vote will reward a free crate to the voter.

Central esports business development manager of PUBG Corporation, Julian Schwartz once said that PUBG is one of the most played games in history and they have worked hard to launch a global esports ecosystem this year with the best professional players from around the world.

One player from each of the above nine regions will be selected to team up for an exhibition match at the PUBG Mobile Club Open finals in Berlin. North and South America are considered as one region. Along with this, nine players will also hold a lucky draw at the global finals to give out rewards to fans.

The information and rules about phase two, which will run through 17 to 25 July, will be revealed soon by the company. The prelims for PMCO Spring Splits are on July 20 and 21, and the global finals will run from 26 to 28 July.

PUBG Mobile has over 400 million downloads worldwide. It has also encouraged countless players to team up with global brands in the past, such as Mission Impossible, Resident Evil 2, and musician Alan Walker among others to create a unique experience for its players
